Testimonials
"I can't imagine the effort you went through in bringing forth a perspective on history that is so cohesive...and fresh in approach and theme. All the integration of divergent things into a whole speaks of the Lord's perspective. It has freed more time for me to read and discuss with my sons. You are doing wonderful work that will stand, and will help so many people in homeschooling their children."
— J.W., Iowa
"My son is going into fourth grade, and though we took a detour in history (it has been nearly a year since we have read any TQH commentary), within 15 minutes of entering a local art museum, I was very surprised to hear him tell his friend about the artists' worldviews and which ones were godly and ungodly. I was amazed, and was able to use that opportunity to further discuss those important ideas. I am so thankful that the concepts presented in the commentary have stuck with him…and with me! I am looking forward to getting back to TQH and cannot imagine wanting to do anything else for history!"
— J.F., Oklahoma
"We had just done the Bible era with another curriculum, but wanted Michelle's perspective, so are reading it at breakfast. I have to tell you, there are days when I look up and the kids are sitting there with their mouths hanging open, not even eating!"
— K.R., Georgia
"Once my husband got his hands on our new TruthQuest History guide he disappeared for the remainder of the evening. Every now and then he would surface to say things like, 'This is just what we need!' or 'This is so perfect!' or 'I've been wanting to read about that!' He ate his supper with one hand, while reading the guide in the other. I have never seen him so engrossed in a resource. Now he is even more interested in being part of our history study!"
— M.R., Louisiana
"My daughter is in college and still compares things we have read and discussed in TruthQuest History with what she is being taught at a state university. All I can say is, 'Thank you, Lord!' TQH planted deep seeds of truth and discernment in my daughter's heart and mind. What a difference they have made in my life and thinking, in that of my teens, and now in my classful of high school kids who would never have been exposed any other way. I feel fully confident that the fruit of your labors, in teaching both the parents and the students, will be evident and will have an impact on the culture, in the church, and in the homeschooling community for generations."
— C.S., Iowa
"I am a History major, and was frustrated at how little "meat" so many curricula contain on such an important subject! Your program is perfect -- I love being able to choose the depth of our studies/readings, and love the extra offered lapbooks/notebooks to help it all "stick." I especially enjoy being able to tell history as a "continual story" with an ending that brings us that much closer to the Lord's blessings and purpose for our past and future!"
— K.O., Oklahoma
"Mrs. Miller does a great job of creating interest and a sense of momentum through excitement by strategic mention of tidbits to come, something I was unable to do without specific knowledge of the era. Though it is so well organized and helpful, TruthQuest History avoids the pitfall of predigested pap. It points out, but does not paraphrase. The user is directed to dig, and while digging watch for signs of XYZ."

"It was only when I started reading TQH that I found purpose in studying history. I want my children to see the hand of God throughout history, but I have never seen it myself. Unfortunately, as I started looking for a history curriculum, it seems the total focus was on hands-on activities or (now) reading the classics. It seemed very empty. This is the most excited I've been about homeschooling in a long time. I feel like I am starting a great adventure."
— D.B., Ohio
"I have spent considerable time looking at many history programs, but one thing none of them except TruthQuest History offer is freedom, and the greatest gift of homeschooling is freedom, if we allow it to be. Thank you, Michelle! Your guides are a gift in my life."
— S.D., Georgia
"The beauty of TruthQuest History is that you have the tools and resources to study history any way you want. It works beautifully with the notebook approach. You can go as slow as you want or as fast as you need. You can plan a whole year ahead, or just take it week by week, and see what happens. You can buy books ahead, or just use your library. After 22 years, I would rate TQH as one of my most valuable resources."
